Friendly staff's great attitude was...
Liked: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good and just what we needed to start the day. The staff seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs - they were smiling, welcoming and made us feel like part of the family.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have more coffee packets in the room since we declined to have our room cleaned during our stay.

Liked: That it had a decent shower
Disliked: They downgraded me to two queens instead of a king despite my booking preference and confirmation. They had an outdoor pool with no hot tub and all food options were at least a 15 minute walk despite the description.
