Nice stay, nice hotel at...

Liked: Breakfast was decent, though I would have like a little more variety. The scrambled eggs were runny. Liked the coffee and water counter that was available in the lobby 24X7.Room was spacious and clean, with necessary toiletries available.
Disliked: They were not willing to clean our room even after staying for 2 nights. We were there for 4 nights in total, and got housekeeping only once! I have small kids and the rooms were getting messy. The trash cans were overflowing, so would have liked housekeeping to come atleast 1 more time during our stay.

Disliked: The pillows are too flat! You need firmer, plumper pillows. They were like sleeping on nothing!

Liked: Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options.
Disliked: There was hair on the bathroom counters and bathroom floor. The bathroom floor had a few sticky spots. There was no blow-dryer in room 410. The outlets were inconvenient for charging phones and other devices.
