Liked: Nice shower, comfortable beds. Booths in breakfast area were so comfortable to sit in-a pleasant surprise.

Liked: The room was clean room. The check in and check out was easy. Early breakfast was convenient for us being so we had to be out by 7a. The room seem clean and spacious
Disliked: My husband booked us a night because we had a dance competition in Taylorsville. This was the closest hotel, he prefers Marriott, and other people from our dance studio were staying there. 1. The lady at the front was rude2. If you are not going to provide other than feather pillow do not give that option3. The guy at the front had no customer service skill, no welcome or thank you nothing4. Breakfast sausage parties looked and taste like if they were from the day prior. Rough 5. Your free wifi never work therefore we never had wifi. I travel with a kid that has autism so some apps on his devices keep him calm. Thank got for Hotspot! 6. No soap to wash your hands didnt want to call front desk because again rude person and we were there one night. I am a mom and travel a lot so I am always ready with travel stuff just in case. You need to do some serious customer training and check who is making your breakfast and how fresh it is because I had my kid throwing up after.
