Good stay in Eagan

Liked: Comfortable bed, close to outlet center, overall clean, service
Disliked: Shower head (poor pressure, bad diffusion), no house keeping (We put our towels on the floor since there was a sign that said that way we’d get new ones but found no new towels when we got back. When we asked about it we immediately had plenty of new towels delivered straight to our room).

Liked: We really loved the whole experience. Orlando, the gentleman who helped me set up another night was very gracious and helpful. The breakfast was great. The two mornings we were very impressed with the staff who monitored the room. It was stocked well and very clean!!
Disliked: I missed a hot tub, but that wasn't too bad.

Disliked: Tried to reserve via park & ride, couldn’t despite multiple attempts. Called reservation to reserve, talked with a woman who sounded like she was at a party-don’t think I’ll give credit card info to her, tried calling the hotel directly, was told they couldn’t take credit card info, it had to go through a booking agency. Finally arranged reserving via Booking,com. Frustrating. Get to hotel, room we were given was able to be entered-something wrong with door, 2nd room no we were given, the electronic lock fell off door (outside round electronic top). Comedy of errors and a very frustrating experience from beg to end.
