Would stay again. Staff was very helpful with directions to area restaurants and sights. Housekeeping was very helpful with any extras that we requested. Hotel was clean with a nice pool.
Liked: Nice breakfast; clean rooms and hotel overall; friendly staff.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful! Cute little waffles with blueberry compote!
Disliked: There was construction so the view was not pretty.

Great stay.
Liked: It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The noise from people above us. Seemed like a lot of stomping and running. The floors seemed thinner, maybe due to how old the property is

Will not use this property...
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The parking lot is a construction jobsite. Not enough paved parking for hotel guests. Also construction noise during the day. My room was adjacent to the new construction.

Unacceptable business practice.
Liked: Carla at the front desk was nice, she tried her best to rectify the situation that Fairfield Inn put us in.
Disliked: My room was “double booked” even though I created my reservation a full month before my check in date. Not only was it double booked, I wasn’t notified of this until 9:55 PM when my check in time was 10 PM. Furthermore the mode of which I was notified was by EMAIL. We drove from three and a half hours away for a surgery that was the very next morning. The only good thing that came from being on this property was how apologetic Carla at the front desk was. Obviously this is UNACCEPTABLE. The Marriott chain of hotels, or any other service they offer will not have my business ever again. Not that that will probably even matter to the individuals that operate this company but I’ll state it anyway.
