Disliked: Hard bed, no reading light on both sides of beds, no USB outlets, skimping on towels and amenities, no housekeeping one full day

The room was wonderful as...

Liked: The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable, as always. This is our go-to place when visiting my daughter at UMass Amherst. The free breakfast was delicious and we love WEBS yarn which is in ealking distance! In the past three years we have stayed here and it never disappoints!!
