I was very happy to...

Liked: The ac worked well.
Disliked: Room/bathroom was dirty. Sheets and pillow cases were either dirty or stained. Trash was overflowing in the morning at multiple trash cans. Was billed twice because the check in person didn't know what he was doing. Took the checkout person about 30 minutes to get it all straightened out. Will never stay at a Fairfield Inn again.

Disliked: Advertised crib and did not have a crib we have to have hotel with cribs. False advertisement very disappointed the only reason we chose this hotel was crib for it is in the worst portion of Springfield

Disliked: The price paid was more than most of the other hotels in the area. I stayed there because that's where others in my family were staying. I would have chosen one that was not as expensivem but just as nice. It was over-priced for that market.
