Very good
Disliked: The price paid was more than most of the other hotels in the area. I stayed there because that's where others in my family were staying. I would have chosen one that was not as expensivem but just as nice. It was over-priced for that market.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable, good location, cleaning staff was super nice
Disliked: Breakfast was limited, night staff was rude and short (especially the lady at the front desk)

Liked: My reservation was not on file from Booking.com, even though I had my confirmation email. Called and was on hold more than 29 minutes. I paid cash for my prepaid room so my family could have a room. The manager at the desk was phenomenal and did everything she could to accommodate us. Booking.com resolution required 2 frustrating phone calls, one that I was hung up on, to resolve. Loved the hotel, hate Booking.com.
