Good place stay!

Liked: Staff was great in our request
Disliked: Bed mattress was terrible

We enjoyed the hotel but...

Liked: The room was very clean, the front desk people were very very nice and tended to loud kids when asked.
Disliked: When we arrived there was a large group of travel sports parents and loud boys filling the lobby and gathering area. That night they were running through the halls at 12:30am. I called the front desk and they handled it. After that the kids proceeded to be very loud in the room above us. They eventually quieted down around 1:30am. We did not get much sleep and had a busy next day. If I would do it again I would have turned around and found another hotel when I saw the kids in the lobby upon arriving.

Liked: The staff was friendly and I appreciate the gift bag gesture.
Disliked: I discovered mold in the bathroom ceiling and was transferred to another room. I appreciate the accommodation in quickly moving to another room. However, I was taken back when the team member asked me to specify my recompense for the inconvenience via BonVoy points. I shorted myself and said a free night. However, the right thing to do would have been to comp my stay or reward me 3 nights of BonVoy points. When it was time for me to check out, there was a wait for the front desk staff.
