stressful but comfortable
Liked: great breakfast, comfy rooms
Disliked: when they lost my reservation the nighttime front desk clerk was visibly appologetic and wanted to help. the Day staff was not so eager to help, and when i explained my issue there was no solution offered really.

The stay sucked, I would...
Liked: Check is was terrible, booked through booking.com, they misspelled James, and the clerk at check in provide no support in resolving it. I called booking.com back, was finally able to check in after 30 to 45 mins. Both the clerk and booking.com, get a fail.
Disliked: Could not use my firestick, then when logging into Netflix directly on the TV, it failed to stream. Called downstairs for support, I was told there is nothing they can do. I booked through a third party, contact them or the manager on Monday.

Will probably stay somewhere else...
Disliked: Nobody making the front desk. Had to hunt them down every time. It appeared that they were short handed. Was late being able to go to room. I only saw 1 cleaning lady. Nice building, clean.

Disliked: This had dingiest, dirtiest rooms of any Marriott property I’ve ever seen. Way below my expectations. Surprised Marriott has this dump in their portfolio.
