Liked: With one exception, the staff at the Sioux Falls, SD facility are exceptional!!! Bonnie sets an outstanding breakfast buffet and has the best attitude of welcome!
Disliked: The gentleman who checked us in was abrupt, never made eye contact and gave the impression that we were an imposition. Perhaps he was having a very bad day or perhaps he is in the wrong line of work. In any case, he does not give a positive first impression to an otherwise top notch facility!

Disliked: The price wasnt what i was quoted through Priceline, but i didnt have my confirmation with me so i paid what was given to me. Other than that I will definitely stay there again.

Liked: I made a reservation but did not, in fact stay there because of misleading information. Your advertisement on Booking.com said that you had free airport shuttle. I made the reservation after a weather related flight was cancelled and I realized I would need to stay in Sioux Falls. When I got to SF late at night and found out from your front desk that a shuttle was not available, I found a more convenient hotel. I have requested a refund based on that misleading information and have not received any response yet. Very frustrating.
Disliked: misleading advertising. no airport shuttle.
