Disappointing

Liked: The staff was helpful when they did not receive the confirmation email from Booking.com and created a new reservation. I was concerned we'd be charged twice, but the only issue was the charges amount didn't include the discount which they refunded.
Disliked: Room was not peaceful and relaxing due to noise level from loud people people, tvs, and slamming doors even after 10 pm and throughout the night while trying to sleep. The breakfast was quite disappointing as well.

Beautiful, clean, and nice facility!

Liked: Very clean, updated hotel.
Disliked: Booked with a family in a King Bed with pull out bed but then we went to go to bed there was no stocked bedding fkr the pullout. Then when calling the front desk they brought a single sheet and 2 pillows. Had to call back again to get a comforter. Also, the pool was freezing and kids didnt want to be in it which is part of the fun of going to a hotel.
