Disliked: The only thing we did not like they did not change our towels the next day and did not fresh up our room as many other hotels does. I had to go and ask for clean towels by the end of the day.

Disliked: They switched my room. I booked a suite and received a queen room. When I complained the clerk at the desk said she didn't know how I was able to book the suite when they were sold out on that room on the 9th. I was very disappointed. So far the hold on my credit card is not reflecting my receipt. The hold on my card is more than my receipt shows. Another friend's room was canceled entirely. She had to leave the city and stay somewhere else.

Liked: The room was clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Could not get the WiFi to work and the cable on the TV only had a few channels. The power bank by the bed and the ice machine on our floor did not work. Shower had very low water pressure.

Liked: staff was friendly, location was good and they had breakfast ready before I went to work each morning
