Horrible experience

Liked: You could see through the Crack around the door frame ... our experience was horrible for the price of $250

Exceptional

Clean, but amenities are lacking.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The cleaning staff was very helpful in giving us extra towels that we needed.
Disliked: The pool is SUPER small! Not great. My kids were very disappointed. If we have the kids with us, we will definitely choose a different hotel. Breakfast wasn't set up by the start time and we had to leave to get to a ball game. Not optimal for me travelling with kids.

Liked: The hotel room was not clean when we showed up at 9:30 pm. Then the hotel staff for the breakfast did not show up in the morning.

Disliked: Horrible booked 4 nights and ended up not even staying one night due to the conditions. I reccomend dont waste your money here

If you wanna get rest...

Liked: I traveled with my two sons. I was looking for a place to stay over so I could get some rest. There was no such thing at this hotel upon going in the television and the second room did not work. We had to call somebody from the desk to come fix it! The toilets were dirty. The mirrors in the bathroom were filthy and we had air conditioning and no heat on a 31° night there was noise up above us all night long and no one would do anything about it! There was no working telephone in the room to even contact the front desk in case of emergency that was very scary! This used to be a nice facility. I have no idea what happened, but it’s in terrible shape! They have black tape around the railings so people don’t cut their hands as they’re walking down the steps you would think somebody would fix that! Terrible State I would not recommend it to anybody
Disliked: It wasn’t anything that I liked I would not recommend this hotel to anybody! There was no heat in the room. The televisions didn’t work. The toilets were dirty. The mirrors were dirty, and the management would not accept responsibility for anything even the staff that was cleaning the room ordered me out of my room at 11 o’clock and it wasn’t even checkout time until noon! If you wanna get some rest, this would not be the place
