Exceptional

Liked: Front desk people were awesome!

Very poor

Disliked: dirty rooms

Trey the front desk guy...

If the tub drains and...

Liked: Layout of king suite. Location reasonably close to hospital. Friendly folks. Clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient parking.
Disliked: A number of minor items not up to standard -- tub drain took a few hours to drain after each shower, only 1 of the 2 TV remotes worked, only 1 of the 2 treadmills in the fitness center worked, at random times in the fitness center the lights blinked and the treadmill came to sudden halt, fitness center equipment was sparse (1 working treadmill and free weights - nothing else), and fitness center is not ventilated for treadmill use.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing

Disliked: First floor rooms are very close to the lobby and there was a lot of noise late into the night. Room was tiny. Breakfast options were minimal.
