Nice staff, good breakfast and...

Liked: It was really good and it's unlimited. Sometimes wish it would run later because it's vacation! But alot of places are like that. But really good nonetheless. No complaints
Disliked: The pool wasn't working at the time but things happen. We understood.

Disliked: I booked the room because we had lost power and got an email stating it wouldnt return until thursday at 3pm but then power returned and i no longer needed the room so i reached out to booking.com and they said to send an email which i did and received a response from someone stating that it would be no problem they would be sure to cancel it. Then this morning booking.com stated they hadnt heard anything from you guys. I sent a followup email this morning and got no response. I need this to refunded even if there is some sort of charge please.
