Disliked: Took three tries to get the body wash filled. Walked around the city came back to room to take a swim. The pool was disgusting. So cloudy you couldn't see the bottom at all. No way anyone should swim in there. Disappointed

Disliked: The staff was amazing. Kind, courteous and very helpful. Was very disappointed after a long day visiting and walking downtown Savannah that we didn’t use the pool because it was dirty. Had bloody bandages floating, hair, trash and the pool water was cloudy. The entire 4 and 1/2 days we were there, no one services or cleaned the pool. Other than that, we had a great experience at the hotel. Wished it had a bar or restaurant but it was nice.
