Liked: The only thing I liked about the property is the bed was quite comfy
Disliked: I didn’t like how booking showed me rooms with a balcony and that’s what I agreed to it. After speaking with manager about it, she wasn’t willing to accommodate me in no kind of way. She stated that she had no control over what the third party does. Well the 3rd party is false advertising and that’s ok with you??? The balcony was the only reason I agreed to the room.

Liked: The room was adequate. Cleaning staff were quite nice
Disliked: The amenities were not what i expected, i.e. the pool was inside, the parking was NOT included in the hotel rate. Perhaps a bit more clarity on the website.The woman checking me in could not find my reservation, even with a confirmation number!! The booking site had my first and last names backwards and the clerk could not figure that out. She seemed totally out of sorts because she couldn't figure out how to pronounce my name, which I thought odd. I had to call Booking.com only to be told my reservation was good and the mix-up was at the "desk" end. It took 30 minutes of back and forth before the clerk looked at the confirmation number, again, and found that I had indeed made a reservation, names reversed. Don't know that I'll go back there any time soon.
