Disliked: Theresa was no handle on the insider of shower doors…we complained but nothing changed (room 226) pillows not comfortable

Liked: Let me start with what I did not like - I booked a King size bed but got a queen size bed with same cost. Even after asking they said , it’s king only , like telling me if I don’t know the difference between Queen and King bed. Seemed like cheating the customers.Apart from this I think overall our stay was good. Room was good and clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was ok I would say.Location is good , parks , riverwalk , food options.

fit my needs

Liked: room was clean, breakfast was the same daily but it was good variety at the same time
Disliked: wish I didn't have to deal with screaming kids as often as I did

Liked: When we arrived at the property, they had given our room away. The solution was to put 4 people in “king suite,” which meant a king size bed and a twin bed on a pullout couch. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. They also charged me $200 dollars more for this “upgrade” because the poor woman checking us in had only worked there for 2 days. There was never a manager on the premises, and despite the staff being friendly and very nice, I am still waiting on my refund for the room markup. It was a horrible way to start a vacation, and it was on my birthday.

Pleasant

Liked: Our rooms were nice. Some restaurants nearby but not walking distance to downtown for older person. .
Disliked: The hidden parking fee of 45 dollars. It was way overpriced at 300 and then added a parking fee of 45 dollars. It was ridiculously overpriced.
