Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio Seaworld/Westover Hills

We had a wonderful stay. Great hotel. Great customer service. Only bad thing was being above the pool. A bus load of school kids checked in on our second day and they were out in the pool until well after 10pm and it was very loud!

Disliked: The mattress was not comfortable time to change. The room ac made weird noises doing the night. The show curtain liner had mildew and black stuff on it.

Disliked: Disappointing Experience – Needs Major ImprovementThere were several aspects of my stay that were quite disappointing. Firstly, the staff were not polite or welcoming, and they didn’t provide any helpful information about the hotel or its amenities during check-in. The property itself is very outdated — I noticed broken tiles and worn-out bathrooms that clearly haven’t been renovated in a long time. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was almost entirely gone by 8:30 AM, which was frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Liked: We arrived after midnight and staff was very polite and helpful. We were up early and had to leave, prior commitments. Hopefully, next time we will be able to use the facilities.
