Good location, I would stay...

Liked: I appreciated being able to check in before 3pm since they had available rooms. I also requested ground floor and it was granted....loved it even more as it was near the exit leading to my vehicle.
Disliked: Riley was not professional when I called. He didn't know the answer to my question when I called prior to arrival and just brushed me off instead of trying to get me an answer or at least be honest and let me know he didn't know.

Liked: I liked the proximity of this location to other places nearby.
Disliked: I know this property is being renovated-I didn’t know that before booking. Updates are needed and while they were being completed, it impacts the quality of the property. I hope to stay at this location again and that the renovations will enhance the appearance.

Liked: The location was good for what we were looking for.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing renovations, and no one had informed us in advance. Under those circumstances, we wouldn't have booked at this hotel. The breakfast area was very small, and there was almost nothing for breakfast. I don't understand how the hotel has a 9 rating.
