Very disappointed in the staff
Disliked: We notified the front desk about 5:30pm that our TV wasn't working. She said that she would contact the maintenance guy. At 6:00 we decided to go down to the pool, so we told her to just have him go up when he could. We came out around 6:50 and our TV still was not working. The front desk said that the maintenance guy was at their other hotel and that he would be up to our room as soon as he got back. I asked if there was a way we could get another room with a working TV and she said no. We are the kind of people who just like to unwind at night in a hotel and watch TV (this was a kid-free weekend so we really were looking forward to vegging out and relaxing). We never heard anything back from the front desk and obviously no maintenance guy. It was very disappointing that they didn't seem to care or follow up with us on it. I know no TV is a first world problem, but again, on a relaxing weekend away from the kids we were looking forward to it. We won't be back to this hotel.

Very good
Liked: Breakfast was fine. The location was great for access to ski areas. Thirty minutes from Park City and Solitude.

Disliked: Desk chair in the room was worn out at seat. Mattress was not comfortable to soft. I woke up with back pain. Arm chair in room was not comfortable

Friendly and relaxing
Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. The pool and other fascilities were excellent. Very clean and hygienic. The room was nice and well equiped. The shower was delightful.

Liked: A 7 of 10. Coffee is good not great.
Disliked: Ok initially I booked through booking.com. The name was Fairfield Inn so I get to the hotel and it says Marriott’s so I think I am in the wrong location. The staff was confused and did not have my reservation. Eventually they found I had booked it thru booking.com and found our reservation. This was very distressing because my wife was in the hospital and I had been up for 36 hours!
