Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Saginaw

Nice staff; clean inside; everything well kept. Was a great place to stay - stayed there for a concert that night and had no problems at all.

Liked: The front desk employees and the woman preparing breakfast were very friendly. They said hello and made us feel welcome. We did have trouble with the lock on our door and the lady working at the front desk was alone because someone on 3rd shift didn’t show up for work. She was woeking solo on a Sunday morning (8/17/25). We were locked out of our room because our key cards didn’t work and she graciously helped us get in our room. I know she was busy and really didn’t have time but yet graciously figured how to get us in our room. Thank you!

Disliked: Comfort. The ambience, decorations was HORRIBLE. It was more like an office. No comfortable recliner, just awful. No art work on walls, terrible.
