Very Comfortable Clean and great...

Liked: The location was perfect for visiting my family in Elk Grove. I loved the comfort of the bed. The location to nearby restaurants and local shops was convenient.
Disliked: I would've liked at least 2 bottles of water provided due to the heat in Sacramento. I would've liked a showerhead that had a hand wand. Maybe provide 2 more wash cloths and hand towels for a two day stay.

Liked: The breakfast was fine. The staff kept everything well stocked.
Disliked: The power went out as I was getting on the elevator. Luckily I was able to get out before it closed all the way.

Nice facility but rude receptionist

Liked: The facilities, amenities, and the room were nice.
Disliked: The receptionist working at night was rude; I complimented his bottle and he ignored me, then he would raise his voice in annoyance when I just wanted clarification on the proper payment method.

Liked: The breakfast choices were amazing and the foodservice lead was very professional and courtesy.. housekeeping was on point.
Disliked: Noise from Freeway and homeless close to hotel.
