Disliked: I made the booking, received confirmation, and headed to the hotel which was about an hour up the road. When I arrived they didn’t have a booking for me. Checking email I found a message sent after the confirmation stating they declined the reservation due to check in time requested. They believed I chose 0800 in the morning when I thought I chose 0800 in the evening. Each site posts time differently, but I thought I selected p.m. as I was making the reservation at 7 p.m. They did offer me a room at +$55 over the online rate as the clerk said they couldn’t match the online rate quoted. I declined and went elsewhere.

Liked: Cleanliness and appearance of hotel room, lobby, and premises. The lady (admittedly still training status) was absolutely awesome. Friendly, informative, and charming. I am SO SAD that I can't think of her name for applicable recognition.
Disliked: Thought it was pricey for the area.

Liked: We liked it all. Friendly staff, very nice facilities, clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

Disliked: The night clerk Justin racist, and wasn’t informative at all. Honestly I have been a manager for 18 years and the way he were acting I would have fired him on spot he’s bad for business but great for a law suit

Liked: We had to leave before the hot breakfast items were out, but there was a good selection of bagels, yogurt, etc., for us to choose from.
Disliked: We had no complaints about anything.

Liked: Manager went above and beyond on service.
