Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rockford

We reserved for one night and due to weather, decided to extend and add another night before our actual reservation. We called a couple hours before we expected to be there and they helped and were so nice about it. Even helped with cab info to take us to Monster Jam. Very nice staff and nice rooms.

Staff very nice. Pleasant place...

Liked: Staff were all very nice and friendly. Nice colors and decor but little dated compared to others in area. Breakfast was enjoyed and the staff member so sweet. Picked up our table and just very respectful and kind. Pillows and bed were comfy enough.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t available and reason I booked. Pool was cold. My allergies were very active while in the room.
