Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were too soft but brought my own. Room was comfortable with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was very good and offered many options. Many restaurants to choose from close by. Easy onto 390 to go to Strong Memorial which was 15 minutes away. Half hour to Lake Ontario.
Disliked: Need another hand rail on shower wall. Pool area was slick. The bottom of the hot tub was hilly, is the only word I can describe it. Very unsafe. I did not expect it and fell against the stairs and cut my shin.

Liked: I loved the lady at the desk when I checked in she was so nice understanding. Respect young lady! She went above and beyond for my family and the other guest
Disliked: Not complaining everything else was good but the boil eggs were served cold. Could have been warmed or room temp. Food still was good.

Good but could be great...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and the hotel and my room was clean. I appreciated the cleaning staff every time I came in to my clean room. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on.
Disliked: The shower pressure was awful. 2 or 3 out of ten. The blankets were too thin and the pillows looked okay but after laying on them they flatten way too much for comfort. The breakfast needs improvement in hot selections for the price. The pool is way to small.

Liked: The room was very clean
Disliked: I did not like the facts that they allow people to hold gatherings/parties in the lobby/breakfast area! I also did not appreciate them allowing guest kids to run up n down the hallways making a bunch of noise early in am, bout 6 am! I also didn't appreciate not being able to use the pool area at all, and that was one of the main reasons I booked a room at your facility, and sad part is this not the first time this has happened. The last time we were there the water was beyond filthy in the pool and whirlpool(especially the whirlpool)! I'm not sure if I will ever book with you guys ever again!!
