Despite the not so comfy...

Liked: I love how clean and updated the place is. Breakfast was delicious; staff was friendly and polite! First time in a suite (309) and I LOVED the big shower, and extra “room” for the extra sitting space. A suite is definitely the way I’ll stay in the future!
Disliked: We’ve stayed several times and have always had a phenomenal experience. Sadly I gotta say that the bed in my room (309) was quite hard and I could not get comfortable either night.

Liked: Breakfast was ok (but could have been served warmer. Danish could have been offered.
Disliked: Shower floor somewhat slippery (no shower mat provided). Only one grab bar in shower. Need more water pressure at sink. Need more lighting at sink. Long wait to get a ready room at check in on arrival. Cuddled milk at breakfast one morning.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Easy to reach of interstate. Close to food selections. Comfortable beds and nice fitness area.
Disliked: The air conditioner in our room 304 was very noisy and hard to sleep through

Liked: Liked access to Rec trails around Carter Lake, proximity to Mayo facilities, great breakfast offerings, & comfortable room.

Clean and friendly place to...

Liked: This is a very clean hotel, the staff is great, and rooms were quiet. We were right next to the elevator but didn’t hear it at all.
Disliked: Nothing

Would recommend this hotel to...

Liked: I didn't have the breakfast.
Disliked: It kind of sucked that the 4th floor ice machine was down, so I had to go down to the 2nd floor one to get ice, but it wasn't terrible.
