Liked: The room and views of the mountains were exceptional, the breakfast was the best breakfast I've had in a long time with combo warm and cold options. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Decent hotel but check-in person...

Liked: Location of hotel.
Disliked: The desk could not find our reservation, and the woman began having an argument with my husband. He showed her the print-out of our reservation, and then she located it. The first room we were given smelled horrible. I called the front desk and the check-in person asked me "what is the smell?" I said she could come up to the room and smell it, but we wanted another room. When I returned to the lobby to get the key to another room, the woman slid the key to me without looking at me or addressing me. She needed an attitude check. This is no way to end a vacation and soured the remainder of our trip. Also, water pressure is low and it takes a long time to rinse off in the shower, especially if you have long or thick hair.

Convenient location and a room...

Liked: Location and good breakfast.
Disliked: We traveled with our dog, and the $50 fee is charged and non-refundable for having the dog in our room. This is standard practice but unfair. If the hotel has our credit card, they could charge us if the dog was problematic. We were missing tissues and a waste basket. Staff gave us a mesh waste basket that was removed from the office, so we were unable to discard any wet items in this basket because we were not given a liner.
