We had a great stay....

Liked: Room was very nice and the man who checked us in was superb.
Disliked: The morning front desk woman was not helpful.

Liked: It's very clean. I love my stay as usual, but this time, I left something behind in my room. I realized after I'd checked out and got home. I called right away, but the staff basically called me a liar and told me that I had asked the housekeeping. but they didn't find it. I was like, if they made the bed, then they should have found them. Because all it was were my care bear PJ'S, So the guy at the front desk then tells me I believe my staff over anyone. so I was like it's nothing but a $10 item but my point was if they can be like that over a $10 pair of pj's then what would they do if it was something of value like a wedding ring or something in that manner.
Disliked: The attitude when I realized I'd left my pj's.

Liked: Good mix of things on the buffet. The eggs were a bit runny but not bad. Good waffles.

Satisfying in every way I...

Liked: The intuitive, friendly staff. Samantha, the front desk clerk when I checked in. I’d asked about how food delivery to my room worked. After I said I was a Hawaii native, we chatted more about the Islands. She intuitively asked if I like poke and sashimi. I love it. She’s a very professional active communicator. She wants to help guests. She belongs in Hospitality, I believe.
Disliked: No USB or USB charging ports in the rooms. The room wall plugs need updating to have charging port or 2. Honestly, I’ve never stayed where they weren’t available at all. Again, Samantha managed to find one for me overnight.
