Enjoyed the brief stay while...
Liked: Great location. Food in walking distance. Room was clean.
Disliked: Upon arrival the front desk clerk did not treat me the same as she did the person ahead of me. She seems to have been very attentive to him. She wasn’t friendly to me. Very robotic. Did not tell me about breakfast the next morning as she told the other person just asked me to swipe my card and handed me the key. The front desk clerk the next morning was very friendly when I checked out. The water in pool was extremely cold. The bed and pillows were hard.

Exceptional service!
Liked: When we first checked in and got our room it smelled like cigarettes, my son has asthma so we brought it up to the front desk and they were very accommodating and moved us fast even though it was no fault of theirs just people suck and don't follow the rules! However they handled it so well and breakfast was great. Very clean.
Disliked: The pool was cold but very nice area.

Room not ready
Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Front desk was rude and lazy. Room wasn’t ready at check in time of 3:00. I needed to get into the hotel room to get ready for an event. I ended up running late . We didn’t get into the room until 3:25. Rooms should be ready by check in time. I am paying for a room from 3pm- 11am then the room needs to be ready. Hire more housekeeping if you can’t make the check in deadline for the rooms to be ready! A lack of planning on your part is not the customer’s problem. You knew the hotel was sold out and didn’t plan accordingly. I could say a few choice words about the lazy worker at the front desk but I won’t.

Liked: Breakfast food was bad for the price. The bathroom was not entirely clean. The bathroom door dont lock. Shower dont drain. I can go on and on. Its not worth the price.
