Clean, quiet place close to...

Liked: The hotel was very clean, spacious, modern. Breakfast was your typical hotel hot breakfast: prepacked things, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, yogurt--not terrible, but not great either.
Disliked: The staff was fairly inattentive and not friendly, the front desk staff included.

I felt very welcomed and...

Liked: The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating to my late check out and always greeted me when I came and left. The breakfast was also good and well stocked. I was also impressed with the gym - it was large and clean.
Disliked: My bathroom was missing tissues and for one of my showers the water was cold but otherwise, no complaints.

Liked: Location, about a mile from the Richmond airport, is excellent
Disliked: This hotel needs updating. Furniture old and sagging. Walls very thin. When I was in the bathroom I could hear the person next-door urinating into his toilet. Could also hear them talking next-door. I prefer hotels with thicker walls.

Liked: Checking in was great. The staff up front were super friendly and inviting. Very informative.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness was not great. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over whenever we would sit on it in the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. The sheets were dingy. The carpet is kind of sticky but just felt gross to walk on overall.
