Great location and staff!

Liked: The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is great for easy on and off access to highway 50 and to shopping on the other side of the freeway. The breakfast was good and well stocked.
Disliked: We had a blood stain on our comforter that I had to have them switch out that was not ours. When they switched it out, I had asked for fresh towels. We were supposed to get maid service the next day, so I had removed the door hanger from the door so they knew I wanted it, but they didn't service it because they were there the day before. We stayed for 3 nights total.

Liked: Property is great.
Disliked: I didn’t appreciate the staff charging an extra $250 cleaning fee for popped balloons on the ground and some tinsel left in the corner of the room. The person that answered the phone named Vanessa was very rude and said we thrashed the room and we will not be allowed back. We have stayed here 10+ times and were never treated like this. Took the housekeeper 25mins top to clean everything. Very rude guest service and will let other know not to come here.

Liked: I like that the selection for breakfast was different during the two days that I was there.
Disliked: I honestly have to say that I did not any negative thoughts about the stay.
