Superb

Basic chain. Nothing special. Clean...

Liked: Rooms were nice. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Parking wasn't conveniently located in respect to entry doors. Being up on a hill, the wind was a bit annoying, but most of the motels in Pocatello are in the same area on the hill.

Exceptional

Lovely accommodation.

Liked: Spotless. Friendly staff. Abundant breakfast. Easy to find. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Paying $75 pet fee. I thought it excessive since we were placed in the “Pet Room per staff.

Disliked: Afternoon staff not friendly or inviting/ younger employees with no clue how to communicate, disrespectful. Charged a 75.00 pet fee which is absolutely ridiculous! Front desk clerk tried to blame online booking company for not telling consumer about the fee!

Quiet, relaxing, clean, and welcoming

Liked: I loved almost everything about this hotel. It was clean, and welcoming. The room was pristine, and it was quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for.
Disliked: The beds are very firm. It would be nice to have an option to choose where you want a firm or softer bed. Then allow people to choose what type of bed they like. I understand it’s not always reasonable to accommodate, but it would be nice
