Never Cleaned our Room for...

Liked: The only thing we liked was the breakfast.
Disliked: Housekeeping was terrible! We stayed for 6 days due to a family funeral. Our room was not clean when we checked in. We notified the desk immediately and they cleaned the room, and that was the last time it was cleaned our entire stay! We told three different night clerks each evening when we would come back to the property. We had to go down and get our own towels each and every time. Our trash was over flowing. This is unacceptable! The manager was supposed to come talk to us and never did. We moved to a Holiday Inn Express.
