Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The staff was noisy. The breakfast was very salty. They double charged me for my room and it took three phone calls to straighten it out. I came back to my room the second day and my room had not been touched- no clean towels, garbage not emptied. I requested that my room be cleaned. I came back the third day around 7 pm and still nothing. I had to request clean towels and garbage empty again.

Disliked: Expensive for a dive like hotel trying to be high end..Rug was sticky..tv didn’t work.. trash and dirt in room.. tub didn’t drain..that’s gross— and when we told front desk they were aware of the sticky carpet and tv and tub.. others had the same issues. Should have been offered a refund.

Disliked: Very unhappy we did not get the room we paid for... we paid for a king room suite (has a sofa ) and they switched it up on us and gave us a single room with no couch and no King bed. The explanation we got was that they overbooked and if an Elite Marriott member comes in they have to give it to them first. I booked this room exactly 4 weeks before we showed up so basically they gave our room away to somebody else. Totally unacceptable. I filed a complaint with Marriott.com and Booking.com where I booked through. I will not be doing business with Marriott any longer if this is their policy
