Disliked: Kids staying at hotel for sporting events were out of control. Running and screaming up and down the hall at 10pm. Internet was out the last day there.

Liked: I liked that we were only 9 mins from where we needed to be the next day.
Disliked: The beds. They are very bouncy. So every time you move the entire bed moves and they were very saggy towards the middle.Breakfast. We went at 9 so there should have been plenty left considering breakfast goes until 10:00 but there were no muffins or quick grab things like that. The line for making a waffle or bagel is too long so it would take too long to get one. However there were plenty of eggs and sausage the hash browns were not browned at all. They looked like they were boiled or maybe steamed, so not very tasty.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was a simple and quick process. Hotel provided "goodie bags" with a snack and water at checkin! Hotel was located very close to our concert venue. Beds were comfy and clean. LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Breakfast was tasty and lots of variety.
Disliked: The pillows were not to my liking but I'm picky when it comes to pillows. Were too soft for me. A few things were left behind from the previous guests but nothing crazy. The pool was cold and was a bit rundown. The hottub was broken and boarded up.

Liked: Staff were really nice. Room was good and location was awesome.

Disliked: The one and only issue was the coffee having only one container regular coffee. I went to get it several times and I never got to get any. Besides that everything was great

Liked: The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. It was quiet so we had a good nights sleep.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better. I would have liked an extra blanket .
