Liked: The property was in a great location alot of food and shops local it was clean for the most part
Disliked: I called to have a conjoined room was told to call back 2 days prior to my reservation to block the room i did that and i called they told me the room was sold out for 3 months then i was guaranteed 2 rooms next to each other which i was willing to settle for then found out they sold that room too i had four 6 year old kids with me that i really didnt want to sleep in a room by themselves because its not safe and thats what we had to do and when i talked to the lady at the front desk she was rude there were bugs in the hall way in-front of our room and my door was broken so it was hard to open and close there was a gap between the door and the door frame so can tell the door wasnt on correctly which is also unsafe the whirl pool spa was broken no jets and the water wasnt even hot it was just an all around bad experience here at this hotel …

Disliked: 1. Notified that check in was 3 pm, was unable to check in until 3:27 pm due to house keeping apparently after a very long drive we were tired and needed to rest but couldn’t check in!2. Very bright outside light shone in room all night. There were only filmy see through material, no light blocking drapes on the window.3. Temperature in room was either heat or air- could not regulate to a comfortable temp and there were only minimal covers on the bed, no blankets. Also linen in bathroom was minimal. Only 2 wash cloths? Really.? There should be at least 4 so we can wash our face separately.4. No ice in ice machine/or it wasn’t working and it is clear on the opposite end of the hall. Why isn’t the ice machine in the middle?5. I was unclear about check out. No one at the desk at 445 a.m. so we just left.6. Unable to process complaint form with the company due to its system not accepting the name of the hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Hotel was quiet, room was clean. Close by to restaurants.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking, breakfast was a bit lacking in choices.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: That the jets in the hottub didn't work. 2 days at a cheer comp I definitely needed those jets to work.

Disliked: Was told I wouldn't be charged at the property, however front desk charged me 2 deposits one per room, then I received a parking ticket cause their parking lot is owned by a 3rd party and u must pay to park. Breakfast was horrible I had a hard bagel that had soggy parts like they tried to soften it with water. Completely disappointed
