Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Tolleson

Went for a concert. Great location because venue was a couple miles away. The rooms are clean and the staff were nice.

Liked: Location, location! And the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: TV volumes were not great. When volume raised still couldn't hear.

Clean; comfortable; newer.

Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: I was traveling with a group of friends to attend a concert. I made all the travel plans and like always, I stay at the marriott because Ive been a member for many years. We arrived at the hotel and I was the first to check in, once we all got back together and I asked how their rooms were, I found out they all had these nice big suits and I had the little box room above the front entrance. It was so loud all night I didn't sleep at all. This isn't how you should treat a member! When I ask the front desk in the morning, the front desk said, I guess they were just lucky.
