Disliked: Room was dirty, we found stuff under the bed (trash), reception guy during the night was rude, the hotel never clean the room during our stay, in the breakfast there was a woman making uncomfortable eating something, is morning woman, no one want to talk.

Liked: Lovely hotel setting close to walking path with deer and squirrels in abundance. Friendly and helpful staff and Management and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Convenient laundry facilities, convenient parking, very clean and comfortable room and facilities. Water refill station was a bonus.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: - Breakfest- They have bikes for the guests. Very close to the Valley Chester Trail
Disliked: We stayed there for 10 days, and they never cleaned our room, even they saying they were going to clean it.

Disappointing

Disliked: We stayed 3 nights. We could not shut off the TV. I went to the front desk and was told that the hotel has a issue with TV's through out the building. I could not even mute the TV until they gave me a new remote.

Liked: Great location in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. Close to the King of Prussia mall, the upper mainline and Valley Forge Park. It serves a better than average hotel breakfast. It is adjacent to the Chester County Trail a great place to go for a walk or bike ride. I have stayed here several times before , the hotel is neat and clean. The staff is polite and professional.
Disliked: There are no shortcomings I know of.
