Disliked: There was someone pounding on our door at 1:00 am. When we called down to the front desk they did not show much concern. It would have been nice if someone from the front desk would have followed up.Also the front desk did not keep a copy of my credit card on file. So when I purchased something at the "Market" and said charge it to my room the employee was able to process the transaction. The employee later came and loudly knocked on our door demanding payment. They simply could of made a call up to the room and we would of certainly rectified the situation. Better yet they could of retained the card on file so this could of been avoidable all together.

Disliked: The restaurant was not open while we were there. The tissues were wet on the bathroom counter.

Liked: location, easy in and out, near lots of stuff
Disliked: our room smelled like cat near the door only. Especially noticeable when a/c was off. Reported it to the desk upon departure

I would stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast had a good selection which included prepared fresh fruit. The breakfast buffet staff was very upbeat and nice to visit with. The shower pressure was great. The room was clean. We arrived early evening and tried the hotel's small bar and grill, the meatball sub was great.
Disliked: The only chair in the room was not comfortable and the lighting in the room could have been brighter.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and delicious...

Liked: My husband and I follow a gluten free diet and most hotels don't have much available for us besides either instant or cooked oatmeal and eggs. This hotel offered both GF muffins and GF bagels. Both were delicious! Also, the staff was wonderful and took really great care of us! It was a joy to stay there!

Ok Stay, but Pricey.

Liked: Very nice facility, appeared updated not too long ago. We checked in around 9:15pm on a Sat night and the woman working the front desk (unfortunately forgot her name) was excellent.
Disliked: Unfortunately, TV service was out on our entire floor for both days we stayed. However, the employee who checked us in reduced our room rate for one evening and upgraded our room. The included breakfast offered in the mornings was fair, but the coffee was great. Additionally, the onsite pub/grill restaurant was closed Saturday night, which I thought was bizarre for a weekend. All in all, a little pricey for what we experienced for our stay.
