Liked: I liked the location to the beach. It was easy to travel to restaturants and shopping. I like that breakfast was offered but breakfast needs some improvement.
Disliked: The mattress and pillows are horrible!!!! especially for customers with back/spine issues. The water in the bathroom sink took approximately 20 minutes to get HOT. I asked management about the problem with the water, and I was told it takes a while for the water to get hot and then it has to travel from the other side of the hotel to the side where we were staying. The operations manager did say she had someone coming to try and fix this problem. The shower, however, was wonderful.The breakfast was medicore. I am still not sure what kind of eggs were being served. One morning, the coffee was luke warm.

Grateful for this clean accommodating...

Liked: I booked reservations for this room through Booking.com after getting a refund from another hotel which was absolutely terrible. I had paid for a room at Beachcomer resorts and could not stay there because it was so filthy. I was really grateful to get this room on such short notice. The manager who checked me in was absolutely fantastic! She was very professional and just a true delight during our encounter. She thanked me for my patience because she was attending to things concerning the rooms. I was just so happy to have found a nice clean hotel room that everything worked. Room was clean, accommodating. The only thing I would say that would make this hotel great is the room carpet needs to be cleaned. I really have no other suggestions as this is or was not a complaint.

Disliked: The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait a few hours before we could check in. When we could check in was told that the size room was no longer available for us so they gave us a room with a bed room had a lot of things in the bathroom and was not clean
