Liked: Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly
Disliked: Huge group (a school I think) at breakfast, no food left, nothing being refilled quickly, loud.

Easy check-in+out w/ a peaceful+restful...

Liked: The friendly front desk staff changed our room so we could be closer to the other members of the family staying there. The complementary breakfast offered a nice variety and the waffles were delicious !! The bed was cozy and the shower was relaxing :) Fresh lemon water was available near the front desk alongside the coffee and tea :)
Disliked: the pool was a little cooler than we would have liked - but my little one still enjoyed themself :) There was only one elevator. Our room had an unpleasant odor on arrival but It seemed to go away after we were settled.

Disliked: More variety on the breakfast, they didn't have much.

Disliked: I asked if the hotel could make my stay romantic to surprise my boyfriend. Nothing was done to accommodate this. I even called the hotel to try and pay an extra fee for the "couple getaway package" and was told it couldn't be done because I already reserved and it would have been a different code. Very disappointed considering it was meant as a surprise. I wasn't expecting much, maybe a little chocolate and some robes

Disliked: In the mornings, the doors are constantly banging. Not only the guests are in and out of their rooms but the cleaners are in and out. Very noisy and irritating. I noticed that it was almost impossible to shut the doors quietly.

Convenient for hockey tournament at...

Liked: Loved the bathroom and the breakfast.
Disliked: Room on 4th floor was too hot even with window open all night. Bed was super uncomfortable. None of us slept well. Scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't cooked long enough - yuck!
