Great, confortable stay! Highly recommend!

Liked: We booked because of Anime Ottawa happening next door. We were three to share the room. As we were cosplaying, we came with a lot of luggage (costumes, wigs, accessories, makeup, etc). The room was very spacious and even with our stuff piled everywhere, there was still a lot of room to walk around and sit. Our room was also fitted with a small kitchenette with a sink, three large mirrors, and multiple power outlets, all if which were super helpful as we didn't get too much into each others' way as we got into costume. The ventilation in the room was very good and the bathroom is equipped with a fan. The room had a large window overlooking the EY center, so it was great to see people coming in and out of the convention hall. Shower is huge and there was a lot of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in our package, and there was a very good variety of items such as eggs, sausages, beans, hash browns, 4 different fruits, milk and oat milk, yogurt, cereal, muffins, crossants, toasts, english muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea, and juices. Foods were different from one day to another, so you won't get tired of eating the same thing if you stay multiple days like we did. There was a lot of parking space when we stayed. Within a 10 minute drive, you can also go to Costco and T&T, and are close to many good restaurants without having to go to downtown Ottawa. And even if the hotel is next to the airport, we didn't hear a single thing from our room.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was a little sparse, but it's ok once you also turn on all the bedside lamps. The room door slams really loudly if let it go.

Liked: Very clean, very modern! The breakfast was great!
Disliked: How loud the doors are when closing thats all you can hear when kids are going in and out of rooms all night.

Perfect stay

Liked: Friendly staff, clean big comfortable room, good breakfast. Shuttle came to pick us up at the airport very quickly.
Disliked: Nothing

No restaurant and inadequate shuttle...

Liked: Fine hotel but no restaurant or coffee shop and only a small van as shuttle which goes to hotel next door also so no guaranteed spot and chances are you’ll have to wait till it goes to airport and then returns for another load of passengers. I had to take a taxi so I could ensure getting there on time. I would not stay there again for these two reasons.
