Liked: Staff way really friendly and helpful. For the price it's a great value accomodation with nice complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios Orlando. It's also really close to Premium Outlets Orlando and to Diseney Theme Park as well.
Disliked: I was missing a private safe in the room. Staff was helpful although the process to bring down and up valuables to the reception was a bit of hassle. It would be great to have the safe boxes covered with some soft material, because items can migrate and damage in it.It was a bummer that on the last day when I wanted to leave early the 6:30 breakfast was delayed to 7:00 :(

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and within walking distance to Alehouse for dinner.
Disliked: There was a slight smell in the room and the continental breakfast was really terrible, the eggs tasted like water and the waffle batter did taste stale.

Disliked: The shuttle to Universal is nice but the times it runs makes it somewhat unhelpful. The evening pick up times are too early
