Terrible Experience
Disliked: Terrible customer service. I made a prepaid reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel charged me again at check-out. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. No one has followed up or taken responsibility for their mistake, and they don’t respond to emails either. I do not recommend this hotel.

Disney Getaway
Liked: The room was a perfect size for us. We also had free shuttles to and from the parks and had breakfast daily so that saved some cash. The pool area was nice. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours which was a great perk!
Disliked: The breakfast crew were a little pushy but I assume dealing with tourists all the time, they have to set boundaries. Breakfast could have been served until 10 so then people leaving on the 950 shuttle could at least get coffee etc instead of waiting for them to move it to the front desk area. The fridge was freezing our food so they kindly changed our fridge out, but the new fridge did the same so watch your veggies.

Liked: The hotel's location was convenient, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Daily cleaning service was provided, which was appreciated.Breakfast was basic but very fresh, with a sufficient amount of food.There were also convenient self-service laundry facilities on-site, including a washing machine and dryer, which made the stay more comfortable and practical.
Disliked: However, several aspects of the stay could be improved. The room had an unpleasant odor and lacked proper ventilation. The rug was noticeably dirty, and overall, the hotel felt quite dated. Additionally, there were plumbing issues—water was slow to drain in the sink, and there was a leak from the piping beneath it.In addition, there were many ants in the room, which was unpleasant and unsanitary.On some mornings, it was difficult to find a place to sit for Breakfast and the dining area was often too noisy.There were no in-room safe box available, and it wasn’t possible to hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which impacted privacy.Additionally, I made two specific requests at the reception desk—one to address a toilet blockage and another to skip room cleaning on a particular day. Unfortunately, neither of these requests was fulfilled.
