Disliked: The charges for parking. Then had the nerve to add on over $7 per day for taxes on top of the $25 you were already paying! Going forward I will stay somewhere with FREE PARKING

Disliked: Coming on our first day the shower didn’t work.

Liked: The close proximity to my meeting site and the area has lots of stores and restaurants that are easily accessible.
Disliked: No warning what so ever when the water was turned off due to a small leak for an hour. Guest were in the shower and the water just stopped running.

Beauty without substance

Liked: Breakfast was good, with the cute regular and mini-sized Mouse hot waffles.The location was part of a three sister hotel complex, which share fitness center, playground and pools, etc.
Disliked: Check-in was hard even though I had a prior reservation. The agent, Mary, could not figure out how to find my reservation and her two managers, Lillian and Tom, could not be found. Thank God for an unrelated employee who saved the day fairly quickly, still the whole process took around 25 minutes. No attempts were made to ingratiate themselves, after such an inconvenience.Then, I accidentally left an item. After having to wait again around the same amount of time, the agent said the item was “not found”. On occasion, I have had other hotels reach out to me when I left an item behind. Their organization and internal communication is subpar.
