Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Rooms are not cleaned regularly. For the ten days we were there, the room was only cleaned once and this was on request at the front desk. Towels, tissue and bins were empty daily.

Disliked: Poor customer service, a lot of cockroaches in the room. No bilingual people available in the hotel,Orlando is a tourist destination why nobody speak Spanish there. Bad very bad attention to my family because they dont speak English.

Liked: The facility location was great it's close to so many things, and you never have to worry about traffic unless you venture out further.
Disliked: We checked in Wednesday and Thursday morning housekeeping told us our room was supposed to vacant. Went downstairs and someone had checked us at at 4 AM so they had to check us back in. On the morning of checkout which is at 11 AM....We went to breakfast cane back to our room round 9 AM our key did not work. We called front desk and was told that someone checked is out again at 4 AM we had to wait in the hallway until someone came to let us back in. It was embarrassing and then they asked for my ID before they let us in the room.
