A bit larger accommodation than...

Liked: Breakfast was average, coffee was good and very hot.
Disliked: The website I used to make reservations claimed the price was $99 per night. The price actually was $359 for Friday and Saturday, $159 Sunday night. Over $1000 for 3 nights!!!! After taxes and fees. Shower shelf broke and you could tell it had been repaired numerous times. No way it was worth that exorbitant price. I was never asked if I had Triple A, as I do. Couldn't speak to manager-- wasn't on duty for 2 more days. I was never able to find my confirmation email or text to prove at least to myself, that I wasn't crazy and that I actually booked at $99 per night. I realize it was a special weekend, but, 2X+ more than a comparable hotels.

Disliked: Evening front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Rooms are dated.

Liked: Proximity to St. Bonaventure University.

Disliked: Air conditioning units were so noisy it was difficult to sleep

Amazing stay!

Liked: I liked the comfort of the bed and rooms! I also enjoyed the outside area with the lounging and outside fire area

Disliked: For the Price I was expecting nicer. You can tell this place has been used hard. I was hoping for better. I can say clean sheets and towels were spot on.

Liked: The staff was absolutely remarkable, Rodney I believe was the manager on duty and there was another young lady and the both of them was kind and very helpful. My stay was 100% enjoyable.
