Disliked: The mattress was absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE. A huge hole/dent from wear and tear. The pool was also out of order, one reason why we chose this place. Also on booking it shows that they have sofa beds available in the king suites but that’s false. Our room didn’t have one and when I asked the staff about it I was told “they don’t offer sofa beds at all” but yet they advertise that they do and charge a little extra for.
