I WILLNEVER STAY THERE AGAIN....

Liked: The only thing good about the breakfast was that the waffles we made were good. No fresh juices. Had juice boxes. The location was good as far as being close to good food places and shopping.
Disliked: One mean staffer who was the first person we met was rude and un professional. Wish I had gotten her name. Told her I paid and didn't want to be charged twice. My data was glitchy so I asked for the wifi but she wouldn't give it to me. I wanted to show her my receipts. When I got to it to show her she called me a lie said I had too many numbers in the confirmation.

Liked: Everything, to be honest! This was my birthday trip and this hotel was absolutely amazing!
Disliked: cleaning ladies star too much and were not very nice! we also wished both elevators were working, so it would have gone faster

Liked: The room looks great and has enough space to accommodate five people for sleeping. It's also very clean.
Disliked: There is no fire alarm for accommodations, and the doorbell needs an upgrade. They also need to improve their computer systems. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my name, so I had to show them a booking.com confirmation. It took over an hour to finally locate my name.
