Disliked: Better pillows for sure. Not very good at all. Would’ve needed 4 just for myself to equal one pillow

We will definitely be back!
Liked: It is exceptionally clean and the continental breakfast looked very good with a lot of options. Your coffee was delicious! Your staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely a plus! We loved that we could also bring our dog. It was also nice to have a Dunkin’ Donuts next door.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Liked: Clean, breakfast were nice.
Disliked: Bad tv connection, no power in our initial room. Initial room was no where near my family as the hotel told me it would indeed be side by side. Not enough towels or wash clothes. Tiny indoor pool.

Liked: Nice hotel, good coffee.
Disliked: The mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. After a 3 hour drive one would expect a good nights sleep. The first morning, I awoke with my neck flat on the mattress, and my neck was tight, and my body ached. The pillows were dense, and the mattress was uncomfortable. I stayed five nights, and the mattress got easier to sleep on, but the pillows never maintained any fluff. The bed is the most important part of the hotel stay. Sorry, but that is unacceptable. Also, I couldn’t eat eggs/omelets (no flavor) My daughter complained to staff about freezing while at the pool. The pool water super cold, and the air conditioner being on made them feel unwelcome. The first room 408 heating system made so much noise that I was moved to 428. Lastly, the cleaning lady removed the clean towels and wash clothes from the room and I had just gotten the. We had to call for more towels and wash clothes. Why did she do that?

The room was great! Updated...
Liked: The pool was to small! Then a fire smell was bad and we had to wait for another family, to get out of the pool! So we can enter it was to small!! Breakfast was good !! But there is a man who smelled real bad , and he as older he was around the food area! His cloths were dirty and h had. Smell it as ver uncomfortable!! Also the in t kitchen did not put on gloves while bringing the food outsmh
